Dongle Not Picking up Journeys/ Missing Journeys

The ideal set up would be to plug the dongle directly into your USB port in your car. If this is not a viable option you will need to use an adapter to use 12v cigarette lighter/ USB extension lead. If your dongle is not picking up journeys you may not have the connection secure, and journeys may be being missed. 


We would recommend you ensure you can see the green slow flashing light when it is connected to a power source every time you are recording business journeys. If the connection is faulty please see ‘Why is there no light on my dongle when connected to the power source?’. 


Any missed journeys can be entered manually.
