If the GPS Uploader has frozen during the upload process, please click the settings cog icon in the bottom right hand corner to log out and then click the red X in the top right corner to close the window down.
You should leave the dongle plugged into the computer while doing all this. Then re-open the programme and log back in, follow the steps to begin the upload process again. This should now complete after a few minutes and all your data with be on your account. Remember that it is imperative that you leave the dongle plugged in while doing this otherwise the software will just freeze again.
