The first time you plug your dongle in your vehicle it will show a solid green light until it connects to a GPS signal. Once connected you should see a slow flashing green light which means it has found a GPS signal. The first time you connect you dongle it will take longer to find the GPS signal so please wait for a few minutes for the slow flashing to begin.
If your dongle is plugged into your vehicle with your vehicle switched on but has no light, or a fast flashing green light it could mean that the dongle or your connection is faulty.
We would recommend that you test the dongle in another vehicle to double check if this is a fault with the dongle itself or your 12V cigarette lighter/ USB port/ adapter.
If you continue to experience no light/ fast flashing light then please contact your company administrator to arrange a replacement dongle/ alternative mileage capture device.
