We recommend initially switching your phone off and on again, go back into the app, enter the journey screen and pull down the journey list to refresh. This will clear your cache with may now show journeys which have recorded but were hidden.
If journeys have not appeared this suggests the journeys have not been recorded and this may be due to your phone settings. Please follow the below steps;
- Ensure sure you have your Bluetooth and Location settings in your phone and in the MileageCount app switched on.
- Please make sure you are updated to the latest version of the app.
- Try adjusting your proximity to 20%.
If you have made any phone setting changes, we recommend you now record a couple of journeys to see if your recording issue is now fixed. if this is not fixed please log a support ticket.
