Exporting a Checklist

Modified on Tue, 25 Oct 2022 at 07:25 AM

To export the checklists, navigate to the individual checklist you would like a copy of.

If the item checklist currently has an unresolved failed item, from the ‘Unresolved Failed Items’ table in the 'Manage Defects' dashboard select the ‘Detail’ icon next to the defect item to access the linked checklist.

Alternatively, if there are no active unresolved failed items access the ‘Vehicle Checklist Reports’ tab to view all checklists ever completed. Use the filters at the top of each column to search for a particular driver, registration or date.

Once you have found the checklist you wish to export select the detail icon next to the checklist you wish to open

Either option will now present you with an individual view of the checklist. At the top of the list of passed or failed items the option to ‘Export to Excel’ is available.

Once you have completed the export you can review a summary of the checklist on the Header tab.
