If you’re adding your journeys manually, it’s simple – as long as you’ve noted all the key information.
1. Using the entry form at the top of your journey list, add the journey date, start and end postcodes – and the other blank boxes will automatically update, pulling the distance travelled from Google Maps. If you’re making a direct return journey, remember to click the return box to save you having to add the information twice.
2. Choose a journey reason from the ‘Journey Reason Code’ dropdown menu.
3. Finally click the blue plus sign ‘+’ on the right to add the journey to your log and it’ll appear in your list of journeys, in a light blue text colour code.
