The ‘Protect my Private Journeys’ button is at the top of the Driver Journeys page. You can set this to hide any non-business journeys from your mileage claims before submitting them, so they can’t be viewed by your manager, or anyone else in your company.
Once you have selected this option the button changes to 'Un-protect My Private Journeys' and will stay this way unless you choose to unprotect your journeys at any point?
