Allocating Journeys to a Different Vehicle

1. Once you have asked your company administrator or MileageCount Support to add an additional vehicle to your account you will then be able to allocate journeys in your list to the new registration.

2. Should you have used two different vehicles within the month can allocate some of these journeys to a different vehicle registration by clicking the spyglass icon at the end of the chosen journey. You will then be taken to the ‘Edit Journey Record’ page where you can select from the drop down box which vehicle this journey was completed in, save and close.

3. You can also edit journeys on mass in the ‘Filter & Sort Journeys’ section. You simply tick the journeys you wish to change the registrations of, scroll to the bottom and select the chosen vehicle registration and click the ‘Set Vehicle’ button.
