1. After recording and uploading your mileage, you’ll need to login to the MileageCount portal on your computer, so you can check and submit your mileage claim.
2. Go to www.mileagecount.co.uk and choose ‘Login’ from the menu in the top right of your screen. OR just go direct to http://mca.mileagecount.co.uk
3. Enter your username and password, and click on ‘Login’. If you don’t have your login details, contact your company Administrator to check you have an account set up.
4. To view the Driver Journeys page, where your journey log is, go to the ‘Mileage’ tab and click on ‘Driver Journeys’ at the bottom of the page.
5. Unless you add your journeys manually (rather than using the iBeacon & app or dongle), the ‘Driver Journeys’ page will already contain a list of all the journeys you have already uploaded into the portal.
6. To get started, please enter your monthly start and end odometer readings at the top of the page.
