Analytics Tab

Available in Pro package ONLY

The Analytics tab presents dashboard views of your fleet data which lends itself to being viewed in a graph format - such as driver behaviour league tables, which compares driver ratings across the fleet.

You can create your own dashboard widgets by running an Analytics Report with your chosen data and once report has been generated you can share this to the dashboard of your choice. Or why not use our pre-configured templates.

  • Driver Behaviour Dashboard (as pictured) - contains driver behaviour league tables, idling time per driver, asset utilization
  • MPG Dashboard - contains MPG league table and fuel related reports

To open our dashboard templates, navigate to the Analytics tab and select ‘Open Dashboard’.

You will then be presented with the option to open 'From Template'.

Select one of our available templates, which will then show you a preview of the widgets included in this dashboard as an example (not your data). Select open template to populate your data in this dashboard view.

You will then be able to select whether the to include all assets in your account (Default) or specific cost centres (if you have these set up).

The widgets will now populate with your data. We recommend running dashboards for the first time when you have around a months worth of data. To populate an MPG score the calculation requires a minimum of two fuel transactions on the linked fuel card for an MPG figure to appear in the graph.

If you wish to edit any of the widgets from the template you will need to clone the template by selecting the clone icon on the top right hand corner of the screen. This creates a new dashboard to which you can edit existing widgets and add new widgets to by running Analytics reports and sharing to the dashboard.

After clicking on the Clone icon you will get the option to rename the dashboard and enter a new description if you wish - then select OK.

A new dashboard will appear in the new name as a new tab on the Dashboard section. Above each widget you will see edit icons now appear. Here you can share the widget to other dashboards you have created (it editable), delete widgets if not required, view the report and widget settings.

By clicking the pie chart and cog icons you can edit the parameters and adjust some of the data within this report. Such as changing the time period viewed and adding additional table information (if data exists in the original report).

This dashboard will be available to you only at this point. If you wish to share this with other users on your account please navigate to Dashboard in the Administration section, select the dashboard you wish to share, select the edit icon and change from Public - No to Publish - Yes. If you wish to keep this dashboard private then leave it to Public - No.

Move the slider over to purple to enable Public - Yes.

The dashboard will then be available on the list on the right-hand side of the Open Dashboard screen, above dashboard templates. Please ensure the user has the same access to the cost centre set up. The User will only be able to see dashboards with the same cost centre permissions as they have been assigned within their User record.
