The Applications section allows you to access web pages which are linked to Tele-Gence platform. If you select the arrow next ‘Applications’, you will find ‘Get Help’ which directs you to the Support Portal and My Fleet Hub where you can access your other Fuel Card Services products.
Once in the support portal you can use the search bar to find related solution articles in our knowledge base. If you can’t find what you need you can also initiate a chat here in the bottom right hand corner (in working hours) or log a ticket at any time.
Our working hours are as follows
Monday – Thursday: 08:45 – 17:15
Friday: 08:45 – 14:45
Saturday & Sunday: Closed
