The video tab is enabled for all customers with the CT2030 Connect Camera w/ Tracker devices. When there is a harsh acceleration, harsh brake, harsh corner, or impact triggered on the device the 15 second video clip will be available from the screen shown in date order of occurrence.
To download footage click the 3 dot icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the video and choose the ‘Download’ option:
Should the footage you require not appear in this screen we can request footage in some instances. We rely on the recording being available on the device’s internal memory – this differs depending on how many linked cameras you have and how much the vehicle has been driven since the event. We would recommend you stop using the vehicle and contact the Support Team as soon as possible to see if this is possible.
