Steps to Handle Fuel Card Fraud and Obtain CCTV Footage

Modified on Thu, 14 Nov at 2:31 PM

1. Cancel the card right away.

You can find help on how to do this here, or contact the support team for assistance.

2. Contact the police.

They will give you a crime reference number, which will be used to get CCTV footage from the suppliers. Only the police can view this footage due to GDPR rules.

3. Contact the FCS Admin team

Email them at cards@fuelcardservices.com with the completed questionnaire. They will reach out to the suppliers for the CCTV footage and any other info needed. The team will keep you updated on when the footage is ready for the police.

Important:

  • You'll get a confirmation from the Fuel Card Services team that your request is being processed. The card supplier usually responds within 14 days.
  • Make sure all the information you provide is complete and accurate to avoid delays.
