How can I cancel a card?

Navigate to Manage Fuel Cards on the left hand menu and click 'Stop Cards'

Select the card(s) you wish to cancel and click the blue Review Cancellation button in the top right corner.

Select the reason for cancellation. If you wish to order a replacement with the same VRN or Driver Name embossed, select the Order replacement button. 

Select Complete cancellation. A green banner will appear to confirm the cancellation. 

An email confirmation will be sent through to the email address linked to your contact to confirm your request has been sent through to the admin department. 

Previous cancellations can be viewed in the Card Request History screen.
