How to Cancel and Replace Your Fuel Cards

1. Go to Manage Fuel Cards in the left menu and click Stop Cards

2. Choose the card(s) you want to cancel and click the blue Review Cancellation button in the top right.

3. Pick a reason for cancelling. If you need a replacement with the same vehicle registration number (VRN) or driver name, click Order Replacement.

4. Click Complete Cancellation. You’ll see a green banner confirming the cancellation.

5. You’ll get an email confirming your request has been sent to the admin department.
