How to Query Fuel Card Transactions

If you need to query a transaction on your account, just fill out the transaction query form and email it to cards@fuelcardservices.com.


You can use the form for:

  • Registration Number not recognized: This might happen if the driver or the site attendant made a mistake with the vehicle registration number.


  • Potential Pump Mix-Up: Your driver might have been charged for the wrong pump. We can correct this.


  • Duplicate Transaction: Sometimes, a system error can cause a duplicate charge. We'll investigate and fix it.


  • Incorrect Product Type: If the wrong product was charged, we'll look into it and issue a credit if needed.


  • Copy Receipt Request: Note that there's a £10 charge for a copy receipt if the transaction was electronic and PIN verified.

Important:

  • You'll get a confirmation from the Fuel Card Services team that your request is being processed. The card supplier usually responds within 14 days.
  • Make sure all the information you provide is complete and accurate to avoid delays.
