If you have access to My Fleet Hub, and your company has enabled MyDriveSafe.Expert you can request Administrator access to MyDriveSafe.Expert. This will initiate a request to the primary Administrator to authorise your access.
When logging into My Fleet Hub if MyDriveSafe.Expert has been enabled you will see the option to 'REQUEST ACCESS'.
A pop-up will appear with confirmation of the next steps, should you wish to proceed please click. 'REQUEST ACCESS'. An email will be sent to the existing MyDriveSafe.Expert Administrator with a link to the Manage Administrators screen.
After clicking the link in the email, the Administrator will be directed to the MyDriveSafe.Expert portal to either Approve or Reject the request.
If the request is approved - the Administrator user role will be automatically created in the platform and the user requesting access will receive an email to confirm access has been granted.
The next time the user logs into My Fleet Hub the 'REQUEST ACCESS' button will change to 'GO' and the user will now be able to access MyDriveSafe.Expert with Administrator permissions
