Adding an Approver (Including Assigning Drivers, Giving Approver Role to Driver/Administrator)

An existing Administrator can provide Approver access to another user.

If the user is already a user with Company Administrator or Driver permissions simply navigate to the user record, scroll down to the bottom where you will see the option to ‘Add Approver Permissions’

If the user does not have access to MileageCount you can navigate to ‘My Account’ then ‘Approvers’ from the bottom of this screen you can ‘Add New Approver’.

Once created you can then assign drivers by searching for them in the list on the approver record and select on the driver you wish to assign, then select ‘Add Driver’.
