Available in Pro package ONLY

Asset Rating Profiles are used to rate the performance of an Asset (e.g. vehicles, drivers etc) for each trip it completes. A Rating profile is created from events, and by specifying penalties for those events. When the events chosen trigger during a trip, the penalty is deducted from the score of the Asset for that trip. The perfect rating score is 100.

You will be set up with a standard Asset Rating Profile named 'Driver Behaviour'. This is set up as follows deducting 1 point for each of the following events - 'Harsh Acceleration', 'Harsh Brake', 'Harsh Corner' and 'Speeding'.

You can create a new 'Asset Rating Profile' from this screen by selecting the plus sign and entering a name.

Alternatively you can edit the existing profile should you wish to add in additional penalties or increase point deduction on the existing penalties you can edit the existing profile by navigating to 'Asset Rating Profile' in the 'Administration' section, select the existing 'Driver Behaviour' profile and then click the edit icon.

Select the penalty you wish to edit by clicking on the penalty - this will bring up the edit screen. Here you can change the penalty value.

If you want to create a new penalty type select the 'Add' button and then enter in the new parameters. You can choose from a variety of event options by selecting 'action...'. Select 'OK' to add this penalty to the profile.

The Driver Behaviour profile needs to be applied to assets in Asset Settings. When new Assets are added to the system the Driver Behaviour profile will be assigned by the support team, however if you would like to change the profile to a new profile you have created navigate to the 'Profiles' section in the 'Asset' 'Settings' and select the chosen 'Asset Rating' profile from the drop down list.

Once the Driver Behaviour profile is assigned to the asset, any journeys after this point will populate a score visible in the Trip History tab.

Use the 'Driver Behaviour' Dashboard template to review the drivers with the best and worst Driver Behaviour score in your fleet.

You can also include the Driver Behaviour score when viewing trips in reports. You can add 'Rating in the Columns found in the 'Standard' section.

This will then present a score per trip and provide an average score for the time period outlined in the report.
