If a driver has entered their password incorrectly multiple times the account will be locked and require unlocking from anyone with Administrator permissions.
To unlock the drivers account navigate to the driver record from ‘My Account’ then ‘Drivers’
Search for the driver from the list and select Edit to enter the driver record.
When the account is locked you will see the option to ‘Unlock User Account’ – this will unlock the account for the driver to attempt to log in again.
If the driver has forgotten their password, it is likely you will need to send a reset password link via email. The ‘Reset Password’ option will become visible after the account has been unlocked:
