Account Locked

If you have locked your account due to too many incorrect password attempts - your account will automatically unlock after 30 minutes. 


If you need to unlock this sooner, please contact your Company Administrator or MileageCount Support to unlock your account and reset password if necessary.


The Unlock User Account feature is available to all Administrators and can be located on the drivers account page, underneath the username. The option to 'Unlock User Account' only appears when the account is locked. If the 'Unlock User Account' option does not appear it is likely the account has already been unlocked.
