Report Schedules

Should you require the same reports on a frequent basis report schedules can be created to deliver these reports to email on chosen frequency. Navigate to ‘Scheduled’ above the report list and select the plus icon to open up the Scheduled Report Wizard. 

 

You will be prompted to enter a name, which User you wish to Run As, the frequency

We recommend running reports on a weekly or monthly basis. Depending on the option you choose you will have the choice on when the schedule will run.

Weekly:

Once you have made your select choose who you would like to receive this email. You can set this up as yourself (default), individual users or all users in a role.

Then select ‘Next’ to review setup, then select ‘Finish’ to create schedule. Once created you can add multiple reports to the schedule which run on the same schedule by selecting the plus sign.

A list of available reports for the schedule will appear. Navigate to the section your report appears in and then select the report you wish to add.

(N.B Reports available on Lite package are restricted to Trip Listing, Stopping Report, Fuel Transaction and Alert Report)

This will open the report parameters – please ensure you match the schedule type outlined when setting up the report. For example, if you are receiving a weekly report – you enter the date range as the ‘Last 7 days’.

Select ‘OK’ to add the report to the schedule. This will now appear in the list

Should you wish to remove any reports from the schedule you can use the bin icon to delete.
