How to schedule a Live Card/PIN report

Navigate to the 'Run Reports' section on the left hand menu and select 'Fuel Cards'



Select the required accounts or additional columns using the drop down options. All drop downs can be left blank, this will run the report for all live cards across all account. Select Run Report, this will display all live cards in the table underneath.


 


Once the report has been run, the report can be exported into Excel using the button in the top right corner of the table.



The report can also be scheduled to be emailed to existing My Fleet Hub Users or external email addresses using the Schedule Report option.


To schedule an emailed report, run the report as above then select the Schedule Report button.



Complete all the fields in the form based on who needs the report, when and how often the report is needed and the format, (additional email addresses is optional) and select Save. 


This report can be run on any day. For example, if the report is required every Monday, select Weekly and the the first run date to be the date of the next Monday. 


Once the report is saved, this is held in the 'My Scheduled Reports' section, found in the top right corner of the page. The report can be edited at any time.
