How to Order New Tele-Gence Devices in My Fleet Hub

The Tele-Gence Devices Widget shows you all the tracking devices active on your Tele-Gence account. To see which devices are on which vehicles, go to the Tele-Gence application on the left menu, and select Assets from the Administration tab.

Ordering a new tracking device:

  • Go to the Tele-Gence Devices widget on your dashboard.
  • Click the Order Additional Devices link at the bottom.
  • A new screen will pop up. Fill in the details:
  1. Choose the device type from the dropdown list.
  2. Enter the address where the vehicle will be for installation.
  3. Select the asset type from the dropdown list.
  4. Enter the vehicle registration details and click Search. The system will confirm the vehicle make and model.
  5. Choose Weekday or Saturday installation (note: Saturday has an extra fee).
  6. Confirm the device needed. The details will show up in a table below.
  7. If you need more devices, repeat steps 1-5 for each one.
  • Once done, click Submit Order and it will go to the Fleet team.
  • If they need more info, someone from the Fleet team will contact you.
