How can I order additional Tele-Gence devices?

Navigate to the Tele-Gence Devices widget on the dashboard, the user will find the Order Additional Devices link at the bottom. An Additional Unit Order screen will pop out for the user to enter the details required. 



1. Select the device type required from the drop down list


2. Enter the address details where the vehicle will be located to have the device installed


3. Confirm the asset type from the drop down list


4. Enter the vehicle registration details and click search. The system will confirm the vehicle make and model


5. Select Weekday or Saturday installation. Please note there is an additional fee for a Premium Saturday installation


6. Confirm the device required. The details will be entered into the table below. If further devices are required, complete steps 1-5 for each device needed


7. Once all devices needed are complete, the user will need to Submit Order and this will come through to the Fleet team. 

If further information is required, the Fleet Team member will be in touch with the user.
